1. These Terms of Service are established to provide customers with better and more stable services in a sustainable manner, and to provide a basis for dispute resolution.
2、When purchasing services or products, you must agree to these Terms of Service. If you have already purchased the service or product and completed the payment, you are deemed to have agreed to the TOS.
3、The user enjoys the rights and must fulfill the obligations stipulated in these Terms of Service. Users in the process of using the services or products, disputes with SHost, in accordance with the "Terms of Service" to resolve.
4. impliedly reserves the right of final interpretation of this user service agreement.
User Account
The information you register on this site must be true and accurate, complete, otherwise we have the right to refuse to provide services, we will strictly protect the user data, encrypted storage of user passwords, if the user's own problems lead to password leakage and cause data and monetary losses, the site does not assume any responsibility

Refund Guarantee and Refusal to Pay Disputes
Unless otherwise specified, all users may be entitled to a refund promise, except in the following cases.
1. the user has violated the Terms of Service
2. A refund request is made within one day (refunds may be made to the account balance for valid reasons)
3. Repeatedly purchase products and apply for refund (order purchase error, no refund after trial unsuitable)
If the above situation occurs and the user still initiates a refund dispute with the payment gateway, we have the right to delete the account, blacklist, pursue economic losses and other measures
Service cycle
Users can submit a cancellation request at any time in the customer center, please refer to the end of the article for the rules related to refunds after the cancellation of services.
Data Assurance
We are committed to ensuring the safety of user data, as far as possible to use RAID arrays to enhance data reliability
However, RAID array is not a backup, please backup your important data regularly to avoid accidents.
Disclaimer
1. Service inaccessibility (use) or data loss due to non-payment, non-renewal or forgotten renewal
2. Inability to access (use) or loss of data due to user's operation or other related misconduct
3. Inability to access or loss of data due to violation of the Terms of Service by the user's website content or usage behavior, etc.
4. inaccessibility or loss of data due to force majeure (social/natural)
Prohibition of secondary sales of any kind
SHost prohibits secondary sales of any kind.
All problems that occur due to secondary sales are not related to SHost.
If secondary sales are found, the server will be shut down, the account will be deleted and no refund will be available.
Refund Policy
We only offer conditional refunds for VPS or NAT products, and this service does not cover all products.
0. We do not provide refunds for products that have been stated not to accept refunds
1. 1 day refund to account balance for VPS and NAT products (subject to reasonable refund reasons, less handling fees and Alipay interface fees)
2. Dedicated server products can be refunded to the account proportionally for more than 1 day (subject to reasonable reasons for refund)
The calculation formula is: (unused hours / ordered hours) * service plan price * 0.8, the transaction interface generated by the user to bear the handling fee
Refund service is not available in the following cases.
A. traffic is exhausted (either by subjective use or consumed by intrusion)
B. All services provided are subject to DDOS resulting in null routing of the server room
C. IP addresses are blocked due to attacks, hacking, etc.
D. VPS and servers are suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service (ToS) and Fair Use Policy (AUP)
E. Repeated purchases and multiple refunds by the user
F. Only one (one server) refund per account
Reserved Privileges
SHost reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
SHost reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
